Can users make videos?
I wanted to create a channel on the video area of the site but I do not see how or where I can do this. I even looked at the start page and I do not see and upload option.

Cant type in Flash Apps?
Guys I use 21 browsers around the clock!.. for online gaming, yours is the only 1 I cant seem to type any text in??.. If Im doing something wrong pls let me know. And if not, you guys know the Flash plug-in is becoming more & more apart of the net.. and you really need to be moving with that.. other than making it No.21 on my list.. rss feeds
your news ticker doesn't seem to allow addition of rss news feeds, when suscribing to rss feeds blackbird does appear as a service to be used for the suscription.

Do you realize that you're segragating yourself?
Would you like to have your own bathrooms too? And you claim that theres a whitebird browser in the previous idea comments. If you actually took the time to look at it, you would realize that its a joke site and just links to safari.

active tab needs an obvious color
The color of the active tab needs to be much more obvious: sometimes I cannot know with a quick glance which tab I am using...it should be very easy to tell.

forced to mobile versions of websites
Problem: when I try to view http://www.mcdonalds.com, I am sent to http://mobile.mcstate.com
I assume that something in the response from Blackbird causes their website to think I'm using a mobile browser...

There are two known sites whose “sniffer” code we believe causes it to believe you may be coming from a mobile browser. We are looking for a fix to this issue. Thank you for reporting it. It looks like site browser “sniffers” are moving to a model where OS specifically needs to be passed to the site.

Please port Blackbird to Linux and Ubuntu
Please port Blackbird to Linux and Ubuntu where people would be more willing to try it. To spread its usage it needs to be where people are willing to try new things. If it is good in Ubuntu, these people are usually the techs who refer what they like to others. A port to Ubuntu should not be hard as Firefox is native to it.

Offer more color themes
It's hard for some of us to read white lettering on black background. Grey/Silver would be nice...

We have started development of Skins for both Mac and PC versions of the Blackbird Browser. We will post the skins to the Start Page and blackbirdbrowser.com as soon as they are ready!

Add Ning, Linked-In and other social networks
Many Black folks I know have joined social networks on www.ning.com. I belong to quite a few and it would be nice to be able to access those as well as facebook. Linked In is another good one to add.
